Team News: Sunderland vs Arsenal Part II

Arsene Wenger`s Arsenal try to make amends for their disasterous performance in the CL against AC Milan with a trip to Sunderland`s Stadium of Light with a view to reaching the FA Cup quarter finals.

It`s only 7 days since the two sides faced each other with The Gunners squeezing past the finishing post with a last minute winner from the departed (gone back to New York, not snuffed it) Thierry Henry.

This really is last chance saloon. We must win to keep alive any hope of silverware this season, but more importantly for me, to put to bed that hideous 4-0. With games vs Liverpool and Spurs on the horizon, our season really could depend on the next 90 minutes.

Poor reaction time on the clearance from the free kick. Why do we just fall into these basic errors, time and again?

Vermaleen had no business passing back to Djourou who is fragile in such situations. Well, they knew they will be in a game tonite so they have to rise up to the occasion.
