I usually try to write something pertinent in bold at the beginning of each article, but today I`ve got nothing.

Each time I try and write something relevant to the team selection or game, I feel sick, but this is what we, as football fans live for (maybe we`d prefer to be feeling this as we battled for a trophy, but the butterflies are still the same).

So I`m just going to give you the teams and then assume the prayer position.

...Also, feel at ease that Odemwingie isn't starting for WBA today. The boy seems to have it in for us; like he has something to prove against us. Maybe, we should have turned up with the players bearing flowers for Roy Hodgson to temper the crowd.....
