I certainly we are after a very good GK, if not Lloris. Contrary to the opinion that we dont need a GK coz we have Szcz, I say we need a very good second keeper to challenge Szcz. Szcz is really good but he needs to be challenged to become even a better keeper. At the moment we have no one who can challenge him and that could lead to complacency. If he is constantly under pressure to improve and learn, I have little doubt Wojciech will become the best in the world.

Lloris is a good keeper but doesn't have a commanding presence, in my view and this is where Szczesny will knock him back. We should have gone for him when he was part of a title winning side; at the moment, he appears to have lost some confidence. It will get worse if he fails in his challenge for the No. 1 position.

Nah. Dont see AW spending 10-15 odd mil on a goalie. In this case I would agree with his decision not to do so.
