Henderson Joins Coventry On Loan

Arsenal's 20 year old midfielder Conor Henderson has joined Coventry City on loan until the end of December. The cultured midfielder has found opportunities limited since returning from a cruciate ligament injury picked up with the first team in the pre season of 2011.

Henderson, renowned for a vicious shot and a sweeping passing range on his left foot, will have three months with the League One side. This move comes just 24 hours after 17 year old Jack Jebb- very much a similar type of player in the U-18s- signed professional terms. Jebb will likely look to fill Henderson's spot in the U-21s.

To read in depth about that, as well as the U-21s defeat to West Ham this evening, click on Vital Arsenal tomorrow to catch my Ladies and Reserves column.
