Gnabry Is One For The (Not So Distant?) Future

Gnabry Is One For The (Not So Distant?) Future

Despite Arsene`s switch in policy regarding signing more experienced players for the first team, he`s still loves running his conveyor belt for young talent that has spewed out enough young players over the years to populate a small country.

The latest young player to catch Wenger`s eye is 17 year old German (I get the feeling German is the new French at Arsenal) Serge Gnabry.

Highly rated amongst everyone connected with Arsenal Football Club, Wenger believes the player could break into the first team this season.

"Serge Gnabry is a great hope for the future, I rate him highly, if he continues his development, I think he could play in the first team this season. At the moment he needs to work and ensure he remains fit." Beamed the Arsenal gaffer

"He is in the category of Oxlade-Chamberlain and Walcott - guys who have great power, great pace and good dribbling skills."

"He has goalscoring potential and good vision as well for the final ball. He can play centrally behind the striker or on the flanks."

Gnabry is expected to feature against Coventry in the league cup tonight.
