Gallas Wants Final Place

William Gallas is dying to play in tomorrow's League Cup Final against his former employers.

Billy reckons that the important thing is that he gets back into the swing of things rather than the chance to face his old club for the first time since his controversial move across London.

"I want to be in the starting eleven. Not because we are playing Chelsea but because I`m suffering from a lack of playing time after three months out.'

'It strikes me as natural I should play in this game, so I can return to peak form. But the decision is down to the manager.'

"I see it as a chance to get back the rhythm I lack.'

However Gallas also believes that should he not get the chance then the kids are fully entitled to their place and more so, it will be good for their development.

"Yet I think it is a good idea of the manager to give the youngsters their chance. It is a good thing for them to get to play in a final.'

"It will allow them to learn about the pressure of such big events."

Well we also have to think that if he needs match practice then this is going to give it to him before the return leg in the CL therefore he should probably play.
