Bellerin Barcelona Talk Dismissed

Bellerin Barcelona Talk Dismissed

With Hector Bellerin coming through the academy at Barcelona it wouldn't be a surprise - or at all unexpected - if the Spanish international did one day make a return to Barca.

However, despite continued speculation suggesting Barcelona could make a move for Bellerin in summer Arsene Wenger is insistent the right back is going nowhere having only just signed a new deal with the Gunners in November.

Arsenal boss Wenger was questioned about interest in the 21 year old during his news conference ahead of West Brom. In response he was quoted by the Mirror as saying.

'We have just extended his contract and he has an unbelievable amount of years to go.'

Looking at the game against West Brom specifically Wenger is expecting another difficult game against an 'organised and efficient' side.

'They are experienced, organised and efficient from set pieces. This season they have done very well in midfield and up front. It is a balanced team with good size, very equipped to deal with the Premier League.'

The Gunners will go into this one with Wenger confirming fitness doubts over Kieran Gibbs and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain but Mohamed Elneny has returned to training following his ankle problem.
