Secure 4th & Forget About This Crap

Cesc Fabregas believes we need to secure 4th place as soon as possible so we can forget about the monstrosity that has been this season, and we can start with a win against Bolton on Saturday.

The Gunners have gone four league games without a win and the chasing teams are closing fast. Your esteemed editor boldly predicted that Arsenal had nothing to worry about with regards to qualifying for next seasons Champions League, since which we have won one game by a flukey goal.

How stupid do I feel?

Now Fabregas believes we need to consolidate our position, and fast.

"We have to beat Bolton next Saturday," he said. "We have to fight for fourth place to be in Europe next season and then we can forget about this season.

"It is big because they are two points behind us and we need the points if we want to be more calm in the table.

"Every point will be really important for us now. Obviously there are six games to go and we will need to win nearly everything if we are to secure our place in Europe for next season. That is the target from now until the end of the season. We can not fight for anything else so it is our job to make it.

"We have to try and go out to win six games. Then I am sure we will be alright."

If Bolton do you, It goes right to the death in my eyes, and should you get pipped, you lot will be watching Tiddlywinks, as LD likes to call it!!! And that would be marvellous!
Jacky B
PG - nothing will be dusted till the end of this season, given our inconsistency. A win against Bolton would be a nice big step though. Rocky - u werent alone in that prediction, so u have lots of company:).

If we can beat bolton away in the FA Cup we can do them here, we may have injuries but if we get our act togather and tale our chances we should be alright.

It's about time we did Bolton (apart from the FA Cup) Big Sam's lot deserve a pasting at the Grove. We have two big home games coming up and nothing but six points will do.
Limpar11
did you all forget that we have to play the sp*rs? Those games are usually one-sided. AW could loan Bobby Pires for that one and send him back to Villareal after the game. Seeing him in read and white would be sufficient for Fat Jol to forfeit the game.

lets all rest our vocals in time for saturdays game. our boys need our support.have not slept a wink stressing about our form. imagine how our gaffer is feeling.we need to establish our "clock" end at the emirates. i miss all the inter-game banter amongst the fans.

The Bolton game this Saturday is going to be very difficult, especially when we're playing with little confidence. All the pressure is on us. Noone is expecting Bolton to get into the Champs League.
Gooner_Vin
Guys, your complacency and lack of confidence have been sickening of late. We don't want hot air TALKS but GOALS!
