Peter Hill-Wood to meet Kroenke

Sly Spurts this morning carries a report that l'Arse chariman, Peter Hill Wood, is looking forward to meeting Stan Kroenke.

PWH has yet to meet the American, and the website informs that the chairman's view may have softened somewhat, quoting Hill Wood as saying, 'I am hoping to meet him in the next two or three weeks,'

'I'm looking forward to meeting him to hear what he's got to say, but we are quite confident we are in good shape the way we are.'

It will be good for the two of them to get together, at the very least it will give the chairman a better idea of What Silent Stan's intentions and proposals are, , and give them both an idea as to whether they can work with each other.
