Arsenal Fan's Get One Over On Cole

Arsenal fans today scored a victory over Ashley 'What? Only £55k a week?' Cole after plans to re-publish an updated version of his autobiography 'My Defense' in paperback were ditched.

The vast majority of Arsenal fans slapped a boycott on his sorry excuse for a book after the way he treated the club and the fans leading upto and after his exit from Arsenal.

It would seem that the boycott had the desired effect as Cole's book was out-sold by the autobiography of bin man (X-Factor contestant, Andy Abraham).

The reason given by the books publishers was Cole's failure to play against Arsenal last season, along with Chelsea's lack of success in the Premiership and Champions League.

They can say what that like, they, you, and I all know it's because it's a bore and it only sold 5,000 copies in the first 6 months.

Ironically, had Cole stayed at Arsenal, the £5k a week he was 'robbed of,' by the club probably would have been made up for by book sales.

In conclusion...

POWER TO THE PEOPLE!

Yes, it is a slow news day today.
