'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Peter Hill-Wood - Bourne In The USA

Peter Hill-Wood has finally achieved his short term goal and had his 'meeting' with American Billionaire, Stan Kroenke, and claims it went 'perfectly well'.

PHW, who infamously said 'Call me old fashioned, but we don't need his money and we don't need his sort.' after Silent Stan snaffled up a few million quids worth of shares a few months ago, has now performed a dramatic U-turn and states he's more than happy to work with this wadded up American.

'It went perfectly well,' said Hill-Wood. 'I hope we will be able to work with him in the future just as we would with any interested people.'

Anybody else find the '.....as we would we any interested people.' line intriguiing?
