'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Almunia: Stand Up And Be Counted

Spanish stopper, Manuel Almunia, has issued a battle cry to his Arsenal team mates, and urged them to 'stand up and be counted' in Saturday's FA Cup 4th round tie against Bolton at the Reebok.

Almunia has become Arsenal's cup keeper and has been playing very well, but the way Arsenal went out of the League Cup on Tuesday still leaves a bitter taste in his mouth.

'It will be very, very hard,'

'If we do not stand up, then we can suffer another loss. But I am very optimistic.'

'We have to bounce back - if not we are going to go down in the league and also out of the FA Cup.

'To keeping working is the only way we have. We have to recover as soon as possible.'

'It is in our hands, and we have the possibility to do great things.'
