Adebayor Could Feature

Arsene Wenger revealed Emmanuel Adebayor could play some part in the Premiership clash with Birmingham this weekend.

Adebayor returned home after Togo failed to qualify for the next stages.

Wenger said. “However Adebayor could be involved and I may rest some players who have been involved in two hard games recently.”

Manu himself is looking forward to teaming up with Thierry Henry, and wants to put the whole mess with the Togo manager behind him.

“My problems with the coach are personal. He didn’t want me to get transferred to Arsenal and I went to Egypt for my country and not for a holiday. It hurt me very much to be left on the subs bench in the first game. I have always been a disciplined and sincere person and I don’t want all of these stories to damage my image in England. I am extremely lucky to play next to Thierry Henry. Arsenal have a super team and can go far in Europe.”
