Campbell And Cole To Miss Madrid.

Campbell And Cole To Miss Madrid.

Ashley Cole and Sol Campbell look set to miss the biggest Champions League game in Arsenal history.

In Friday's press conference, Wenger revealed the extensity of the situation.

“Sol has an ankle problem, he will be out for two to three weeks. He will certainly be out for Bolton, certainly for Tuesday and for Real Madrid. He will be very short for the second leg as well.

.....and with regards to Ashley Cole,

“I would not say it's zero, but it is very, very little. He has been out for four months and to go into that type of intensity will be very difficult. I don’t know yet. He is training with the fitness coach but has not practiced with the team yet and we are only 10 days away.”
