Champions League Final!

As we embark on the final stage of our quest to become the Champions of Europe, only one thing stands in our way.

Barcelona.

Considered by some, the greastest footballing side in the world at this time, boasting some of the most impressive players in the game, and dead certs to be victorious in the final this Wednesday. But make no bones about it, we are going over there to win.

Arsene Wenger is a winner, second is not an option, and he will do everything in his power to make sure Arsenal become the first London club to be crowned best team in Euroope.

My personal view is that we are in for another amazing European night, but will we be victorious? I've no idea. The two teams play THE most attractive football on the continent, both have the cream of the worlds players, and both capable of pulling a rabbit out of the hat. Result: Anything could happen.

So for one last time this season.

COME ON YOU GUNNERS!!!

Arsene Says..........

“You thought I was crazy, and I still am!”

Arsenal Team News:

Le Boss (for the first time this season) has almost a full squad to select from, only Lauren, Diaby & Cygan are out injured.

Player to watch: Thierry Henry

This is his destinty. To become the first Arsenal captain to hoist the European Cup high above his head is what he was born for. He IS the best player in the world. It's his time to shine.

Barcelona Team News:

Lionel Messi has returned to the squad having not played since the game against Chelsea. If he plays, he will not be 100% fit, and Cole should have him in his pocket.

Player to watch: That Goofy Geezer, what's his name again?

'Nuff said.

Beer Watch:

First pre-match beer consumed at 16:30 GMT.

Here it is then, in 24 hours or so Arsenal will have the biggest match of our lives and face the biggest team at this moment, no team yet can stand up to them, not even Premiership Champions Chelsea, this is big and I pray it goes our way, but who knows.

I got the score right, but the wrong team
miked_joker
Well we freakin lost thank's, to a refree who was so bad it's unreal, he should have played advantage and allowed Barca's first goal and let us play with 11 men where we could have gone further and played better, getting an equaliser. But this refree didn't and allowed a stupid first Barca offside goal !!
