Having already secured a place in the knock out stages of the Champions League, we can expect to see Arsene Wenger send out a weakened team to face Sevilla on Tuesday.
If Sevilla manage a victory over Arsenal then they will join the Gunners in the next round of the Champions League.
Despite players being rested and others suffering from injury, Arsene Wenger will still be keen to win the match - a result that would gaurentee Arsenal finish top of the group.
Both teams are capable of playing outstanding football, but neither team will want to lose this one. I think we can expect both teams to spend the majority of the first half trying to probe one another.
Sevilla star Luis Fabiano believes his team can do the business and beat Arsenal when they clash tonight. Fabiano told Setnata Sports: 'I am currently in good form as I am scoring goals and I am hopeful I will continue against Arsenal at home.'
'It is an important game because we can reach the top of the group and make the dream we had in the summer come true.
'We are eager to forget the 3-0 defeat in London. Sevilla are limitless.
'It was our debut in the competition and they beat us. Today things have changed and I am convinced that we can win.
'Arsenal are still unbeaten this season but I would not be surprised if they lose at Estadio Sanchez-Pizjuan. These games are very difficult for our opponents and we have to put the pressure on them from the first minute.'
Arsene Wenger called for his team to stay focused and spoke of the advantages of finishing top of the group: 'We want to finish first, it gives you a little advantage in the draw and it gives you another advantage because it gives you the second game at home in the knockout stages, so we would like to take that advantage of course.
'We are also a team who are on a good run and we want to keep that going, and we know that is very, very important.
'I think it is possible to have a good result.
'We try to give our best in every game, I love to work with this team, they are really hungry and humble.
'They show that in every game and as long as we maintain these two qualities we have the chance to win the next game, which is what you want to achieve.'
Jose Angel Crespo could make his return after fracturing his cheekbone. Luis Fabiano has been passed fit after an ankle problem.
The Brazilian is Sevilla's top scorer this season. With a new manager to impress, he'll want to be on the top of his game tonight, so Toure and Senderos will have to look lively to shut him out.
Arsene Wenger has made the changes his promised. Gallas and Adebayor are both rested and are likely to be replaced by Senderos and Bendtner.
Clichy has joined Hleb on the sidelines with a thigh injury, so expect to see Traore come in for him.
Flamini, Gilberto and Fabregas all return from injury, fatigue and suspension respectivley.
Although Sevilla will look to shut him out of the game, he'll put his usual gut-busting performance and shine. He always shines that bit more in the Champions League, and tonight will be no different.
Anyone?
As I said earlier, it'll be a tight game but I think Sevilla will just nick it. 2-1.
