Chelsea vs. Arsenal

Chelsea v. Arsenal

I hate the phrase 'a must win game` because it has been so eagerly overused in this modern era of football, almost to the point where its words have lost their true meaning, but it has to be said that for this Arsenal team to lift the Barclays Premier League trophy come May, this game, away to Stamford Bridge, is a must win game.

Arsenal got a much needed midweek win in Europe thanks to the pink boots of Nicklas Bendtner, though an exponentially improved performance will be required to take down Chelsea at home. I wanted Arsenal to be the team to break Chelsea`s hugely impressive home record, but Xabi Alonso and Liverpool already have claimed that honour early in the season. So let`s aim to continue the frustration that Chelsea has experienced against the big four at home this season, and claw ourselves back into the title race at the expense of the Blues.

Vital Quotes:

Arsene knows the importance of this match. "We have been written off," said Wenger "You cannot say when you are 10 points behind that we are favourites to win the title but you can say as well the only way we will get back into it is to believe we can."

"That`s why we want to go into this game on Sunday by believing we can win."

"We know that direct confrontations with top teams become vital when you are in our position."

"But first of all we have to go there with extreme desire, express our strong points and not hide."

"There is no team that is not vulnerable. None in the world. And we can play and win everywhere in the world."

"We have not to consider too much who we play against. We know Chelsea are a great side with a great players. But at the end of the day you beat them if you play at your best."

He also spoke about Chelsea's head man. 'I met him in Japan because he was over there, although he did not stay for very long because he didn't like the sushi,' recalled Wenger.

'After that I met him when he was national coach of Portugal because he had some players in England and we kept good relations.'

'I have known him for a long time. I believe he has done well. He is a very experienced, extroverted man who does well. He has a big experience and football everywhere is the same. You want to win your games. He has dealt quite well with the problems he faces here.'

Scolari knows of the Gunners importance to the title race. 'You're only champions at the end of the last game. This is the first time I'll have played against Wenger - he's been my friend for 10 or 12 years now.'

'I met him for the first time in Japan and we are big friends. I like him as a coach. If I chose five coaches in the world as the best, he'd be one of the five.

'His team plays football, so it's difficult to win. They play beautiful football.

Chelsea Team News:

Chelsea will need to again use their massive, talented squad because they will be without many great players due to injury. Michael Essien (knee),Juliano Belletti (ankle), Franco di Santo, and Ricardo Carvalho (knee) have all been ruled out. Joe Cole injured his ankle in Europe midweek and is a major doubt for match. Big, Brazilian centre back Alex will be available for his manager. Didier Drgoba, who has constantly been a vexatious pain in Arsenal's side, is banned due to the infamous coin throwing incident against Burnley.

Player to watch: Nicholas Anelka

The former Arsenal player has hit his stride as of late for the Blues, and with the silky skills and deadly finishing that he still possess, he will be a threat to Arsenal's rickety defense.

Arsenal Team News:

Arsenal come into the game receiving three major boosts. Striker Emmanuel Adebayor will reclaim his throne as Arsenal's leading front man, while Vela and Bendtner will have to settle for a place on the bench. Bacary Sagna will return to the right back position, while Samir Nasri will look to repeat his goalscoring exploits from United against another colossal club.

Abou Diaby (abdominal strain), Theo Walcott (shoulder), Kolo Toure (calf), and Emmanuel Eboue (knee) will not play a part in Super Sunday.

Player to watch: Emmanuel Adebayor

Emmanuel shows up for big games, and after being on the treatment table while Arsenal suffered many a disappointments, he will be roaring and ready to go for this one. I still believe that he and van Persie form a great partnership as he occupies defenders while Robin can work in the space in front of them. I see his attitude and work ethic in his return boosting Arsenal's uncharacteristically low morale.

I'm really surprised how well Chelsea have fared without Essien so far this season, a testament to Scolari i guess. My eyes no longer bleed watching them which is a good thing too. I fully expect a beating though, the scoreline may not show it, but i think we'll be outclassed in every aspect today. That said it wouldn't take much to please me atm, even a decent leaugue performance will suffice or some players who actually look like the give half a care.
Kutch
As far as match predictions go this is another one which is impossible to predict. I wouldn't be shocked if we won 2-0 and looked comfortable. Or if we lost 3-0 and looked horrendous. Who knows....
ArsenalRob
They might out-scrap us but won't outclass us... Our boys are going to be up for the fight today. Like you said they are missing the likes of Essien as well as Drogba who scored their winner last year. I'm going to stick with 1-1 just to avoid disappointment!
Andy-bayor
is J Cole also out for them....they have some big names out as well...so its going to be interesting...it looks like we dont have much of a chance, but we are due a win...and there is no time like the present......have to say if we dont win today we can kiss the league goodbye for definate
fran merida
If we have a near full fit side then we can do them. A lot of people seemed to miss the fact we had more than half our team out against City. They didnt beat anywhere near our best team. Eduardo & Adebayor missing from attack, Rossicky, Eboue, Fabregas, Walcott missing from the midfield. Toure, Gallas & Sagna out of the defense. Infact out of the 11 who beat them 3-1 last year only Diaby & Clichy played. If Adebayor, Nasri & Sagna are back we have a good chance of competing
paul_ownz
Yeah Paul, it depends how match-fit Ade, Sagna and Nasri are. Such a shame we won't see Cashley Eboue'd! We need the RM (be it Den or Ramsey or Samir) and Sagna to be careful with the ****. In a game that has no real width in either midfield, the 4 full-backs will have important roles to play.
GoonerLou
chelseas goal threat are usually from Drogba Ballack Lampard and J Cole. Drogba and Ballack are out. Lampard can be restricted from long range drives, and if J Cole isn't allowed to follow up on rebounds, then we should be fine
49ers
Just caught the starters for us. We get to see the defense that a few of us, myself included, have been calling for. Denilson should be more comfortable on the right than the left like last game.
TPowell
Yay 4-4-2 with Djourou! :)
GoonerLou
Regardless of the result, I am happy with this set up. Everyone save for Den is playing in their natural position.
TPowell
Really hope Manuel and Johan won't be affect by this.
GoonerLou
Almunia, what on earth is he thinking.
Gooner_Vin
The one thing you can seem to guarantee with Arsenal is that we'll always concede goals.
Gooner_Vin
Almunia is an absolute ****stick !
Will-i-am10
How many times has Denilson given the ball away in that 1st half?
Will-i-am10
Watch carefully, our players don't know how to win the ball back or be effective on the defensive part of the game when we don't have the ball.
Gooner_Vin
Why did Almunia throw it out so quickly for? I don't get that. Just needed to take it slow and wait for the box to clear. We were 0-0 half hour gone, and not playing too badly tbh. If we were losing with 10mins to go I could understand. Also Djourous OG I felt was easily save able if Almunia had actually dived for the ball instead of standing there like a lemon. I was always taught to dive for every ball as you might have a chance to get to it! I don't blame JD one bit. Its a fluke, just one of those things, 9/10 times you clear it. Hope he doesn't lose confidence. Adebayor I think needs a rolicking though!
itsup4grabsnow
I'd like to see Vela, we've got no width in Den, and Nasri's not having a good game.
GoonerLou
Don't know about everyone else, but this is embarrasing.
Gooner_Vin
Yyayayyayayyayayyy!!!!!!!!
GoonerLou
RvP's offside but I don't care!!!!!
GoonerLou
John Terry's such a thug!!
GoonerLou
ROBINNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!
GoonerLou
The linesmen are really *****e today!
GoonerLou
Wooooooooooooooo-hooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!
Gooner_Vin
You bloody beauty well done lads well done. I wonder if J Cole wished he had kept his mouth shut.
alwaysgunner
Song actually trying and Djourou being commanding in the air = a much more convincing defense. Come on Song, please just try and the job is yours. Great finishing from RVP. Like Amos has said, we tried to put what in reality has been a collective failure on individuals.
TPowell
Cech looked like a road cone out there - why is he still wearing that goofy short bus helmet? - he looks like a tard. Nice second half - the better men won on this day.
SUX2BU
Maybe we would still have managed a win without the petulant, selfish, self obsessed 25 year old who has never grown up and is not a team player in some eyes - but I have my doubts. There are some players who are capable of making a difference.
Amos.
Amos - who had said that?
Gooner_Vin
what a wonderful night. we won and our two neighbors lost. hahahaha.
fcdematthew
Amos is referring to me. I'm not an RvP fan. I've always said he's got the talent. Today he combined the talent with the desire and the effort and it paid off. Well done Robin.
smithdj74
3 goals scored by Arsenal players at the Bridge. we totally dominated the game??
fcdematthew
'petulant, selfish, self obsessed' haha Amos, I just realised that Ronaldo could be described in just such terms, and you all would be lying to yourselves if you said you didn't want him in our side either... just so long as he was producing of course.
TPowell
I'm very happy for RVP, he has been getting a lot of unfair criticism from a few fans here. He is world class, lets hope we can put together a good run and secure a champions leasgue spot. I'm not deluded enough to think we can win the title. Our midfield was overrun at times when Chelsea got their slick passing together and Nasri needed to help out Clichy a bit more against Bosingwa. Still plenty of reason for optimism.
jubair
How poor were Chelsea? Then JT the leader of men reverted to type with an outrageous two footed challenge on Sagna. Djourou showed real charecter after his own goal and him and Gallas completed dominated the Chelsea forwards. Denilson didnt have a great game but he worked hard and RVP showed why nobody should give up on him as an Arsenal player. Great charecter showed today.
iceman10
Sagna had a fantastic game, his best of the season so far easily. Possibly my MOTM along with RVP.
jubair
Wonderful weekend indeed Matthew - Big Tone's Pompey won too (while Keane's Sunderland got a trashing, but I don't care/hate him, though some Gooners may). And credit to Chelsea also for a pulsating game, a proper derby! It couldn't have happened with Jose on their bench really. Their more attacking style suited us just fine. Cech's comments too, Joe Cole's too. And it's refreshing to see Anelka not score against us! :D
GoonerLou
1-1 fair score. you could have run a locomotive thru van persie's offside
johnny come lately
I thought Clichy was my MotM Jubair. :) Like you guys said, he often had to deal with Bosingwa alone and he did that well. Made a couple of his trademark threatening runs too. Just like Djourou, Clichy also came back well after making some errors and credit to him too. In fact aside from a couple of risky offside trap, I thought our defence worked very hard and were resilient today. Did it cross your midn that we couldn't hold on to the lead? The whole team did us proud, and the travelling Gooners too.
GoonerLou
Johhny Come Lately, if thats the case then yu could have built an entire city in the gap when kalou got the offside decision last season vs Newcastle. that was ten times mroe worse than this & by far the worse offside decision ever. we deserved a bit of luck alright, Drogba was OFFSIDE too last season when yu won, plus the Cashley foul on Hleb in the build up to Essien's goal, we deserved a bit of luck & it all levelled out. besides we were more hungry than your team. Almunia didnt make a single save the entire game besides a lampard header, we won & we deserved it, period..
luckys_10
I would agree with you Lou, Clichy was brilliant, I'd go as far as to say the whole defence played exceptionally well. Our midfield worked hard and I'd stick with playing Song alongside Cesc in the centre ahead of Denilson. We need someone more defence minded there, especially in the away games. We just need a few players back from injury to add a bit more depth to our squad and increase competition for places.
jubair
Sunday roast at dinner time with my wife and son out at the pub, plenty of beverages this afternoon, and a superb Arsenal win, at the Bridge no less ........... does life get much better?
Rocky7
Chelsea responded to the pool defeat by winning their next 5 league games. we need a similar run, perhaps even better, cuz tat 7 points gap with Chelsea could well be 11 or more after the next five games, which is why this game will mean nothing if we can't be consistent vs the other teams. lets hope this is the defining moment of our season where boys become men..
luckys_10
The funny thing about this win is that it doesn't tell us anything new. We knew we could play well against big teams - some Gooners would jump out and say 'let's wait for the next game against lesser teams and see if we're still this hungry', fair enough. We knew RvP could score goals. We knew Clichy and Sagna were brilliant. We knew Almunia could make mistakes (as well as atone them). We knew Denilson was no winger/RM. We knew Nasri's good but still had to gain consistency. Basically it's a reward for hard work/grit as much as a few moments of brilliance and luck really.
GoonerLou
it will get better Rocky, when we win the league & the CL in may. have a blast right now though, cheers..
luckys_10
that Clichy v. Bosingwa battle was awesome
TPowell
The boys seemed motivated tonight to be sure. Maybe all that was needed was a change of captain. I thought Cesc was a leader out there tonight. Never let his head drop, threw himself into challenges and tried to get all of his teammates involved.
TPowell
One thing we did learn Lou is that we CAN be first to the ball when we show the desire. At no stage once we took the lead did I feel we wouldn't take 3 points. The desire was awesome tonight. Very pleased with the lads.
Rocky7
Luckys dont forget 3 seasons ago when Drogba was offside and then his touch was so poor he controlled the ball into the net by pure fluke. We deserved that win no doubt, If Almunia had had a stormer id say we were lucky but he did sweet FA and could have gone to look for some of the coins that Drogba threw.
iceman10
Yeah TP, the Clichy-Bosingwa duel was brilliant to watch. It reminded me a bit of the Sagna-Evra battle a while back.
GoonerLou
oh yes iceman, i totally forgot about that goal. well whatever, we deserved it and no one can deny that. now i just hope we go on a long winning run and show some consistency. RVP's interview was so refreshing, when asked was it your day, he stressed again n again, that no, it was OUR day, and when asked if this has brought yu back in the title race, he didnt say yes it has, instead his reply was i hope so. n he had wonderful words for Gallas too. man i just hope this team can remain like dis for every single game till the end, cuz we can really win something big this season. get Rosicky, Toure & Eduardo back, add a CM in Jan, and we could well be the team to beat..
luckys_10
Why wasn't John Terry sent off? This game just isn't fair.
Gael-Force
Sagna-Cashley wasn't bad entertainment either.
GoonerLou
Great game, a real end to end nailbiter. In the end we had a bit of an edge with the chavs travelling to France midweek and with an extra day off too. Nice to play a team with more missing from their squad than us for a change though! Essien, Cole and Drogba would've made a big difference for them. Still take nuthin away from the boys I expected us to fold when Djourou and Almunia t*ttenhammed 5hit up, too much to ask to see the same fight and desire against Wigan next week? probably lol.
nikolaijns
also it was wonderful to see the way Cesc reacted when terry tackled Sagna & really deserved a red. our captain just went & put his arm around Terry & calmed things down. what would Terry have done in such a similar situation, go & catch hold the opponent by his collar. the england & chelsea captain can learn a thing or two about being a real captain from our little genius. salute yu skip, yu're on your way to greatness, just keep it going..
luckys_10
lol niko, if we dun beat wigan next week, i'm gonna kill yu for jinxing it :p
luckys_10
rather fortuitous, but who cares, lets just ride the luck
gooner_till_i_die
hey guys, cherish it yet. so you beat chelsea and manure. but you've lost to spurs, villa, fulham, stoke and hull. all dressed up and nowhere to go. enjoy the moment. by the looks of it, you'll beat pool too but lose to wigan, west brom, sunderland, blackburn, mancs, blah blah and blah. funny ol season guys. you lot won't be king just kingmakers (read spoilers).
johnny come lately
Very proud of the boys tonight and RVP fully deserved his MOTM champagne, in fact the whole team did for the effort they put in today, especially after going 1-0 down. Terry should have been sent off for his tackle on Sagna. It was two footed and I think the only reason he wasn't given a red card was because he is the England captain. The Sky commentators didn't really criticise it has usual. Ivanovic could easily have walked too. But fantastic win in the end. I have a big smile on my face and I will be able to watch MOTD for the first time in 3 weeks!!!
itsup4grabsnow
JCL - Bitter much?? LOL - BTW, whilst it felt like a loss at the time, we didn't actually lose to Spurs, we drew. Infact we haven't lost to Spurs in the league since 1637. Though I'm pretty sure I could get my hands on a dvd of you lot losing there!!! :)
Rocky7
rocky boy, at seven pts ahead of you guys, 'bitter' can't really define the emotion. disappointed for sure, but bitter nah. i get it... you guys didn't lose to stoke fulham hull and villa either. and you guys aren't going to lose the other 7 matches (best case) you still will over the remainder of the season. ha ha, you're in denial mate. must be nice in your dreamworld. enjoy!
johnny come lately
@JCL what's to cherish? our track record against you lot is hardly shabby. Noone here expected a win today but equally noone here is surprised either. You can bring up the teams we've lost to this year but then all that'll happen is I'll turn round and shout BUUURRRRNNLEEEYYYYY :)
nikolaijns
niko, in case you didn't get it yet.... doesn't change your premiership season gone bust. dig? finally? huh? huh?!!!
johnny come lately
How does anyone's season go bust after 15 games? We don't even say that about Spurs.
GoonerLou
Probably, I'm not stupid enough to predict us winning anything until we gain some consistency, but in reality we're still (until tomorrow anyhow) only 7 points off the top and the way this season has been going anything is more than possible. You seem pretty hacked off, lose money today? Or had you been gobbing off to gooner mates/colleagues earlier in the week?. I know it must be galling to spunk all those millions and still not be guaranteed to beat a team built on a fraction of the cost, but chin up and keep that free plastic flag waving high ;)
nikolaijns
gooner in denial. wake up, the world says that about arsenal. after stoke fulham hull... hah! but i guess you wouldn't recognise a season gone sour even if it was poured on you like hot oil!
johnny come lately
You truely are a johnny come lately if you think a season ends in November, you do seem very tense - come lately johnny?
nikolaijns
niko boy. still clutching at straws? don't blame the world's problems on your broke as hell and/or tightwad club. your bunch of greenhorns aren't going to take you anywhere. you need the big boys to do it. happy delusions day... am off to the brighter side of the world. see you on vital chelsea :))
johnny come lately
Have a post defeat ***** son that'll chill you. Only a couple of hours til MOTD 2, I'll enjoy rewatching the acre of space between RVP and the last defender for our first :)
nikolaijns
My predictions are gold! Another 2-1 win for Arsenal against the big 4. I am good.
gunnerkid107
Lol nikolaijns thats funny.
Armory
JCL is just mad because of the recent trends of the oil industry. Once Monopolist Abramovich's money runs out, the realities of not being able to fill up that tiny stadium of theirs will be too much for Johnny to handle. See: Leeds just lost to Histon. And Niko, exactly, at least Hull and Stoke are in the Prem... Chelsea have lost to lower division teams two straight years.
TPowell
Big boys lol, anyone else laughed when the attendance was read out today? I forget sometimes how small the crowds are at lesser known clubs with cupboards for stadiums. Run along then and be good johnny
nikolaijns
haha niko, can't expect you to appreciate delicate nuances in monikers. you strike me as one who takes anything at face value. how utterly banal. so we'll leave that aside. as for the season ending in november (december already, but that's just a technicality)... no it certainly does not end in nov for real title challengers like chelsea and man u. it doesn't even for pool. it wouldn't even for an arsenal of years gone by. but for an arsenal in denial after all those cheap defeats and still hoping for bunch of sophomores to pull of a miracle... it's already kaput. to your credit you may have succeeded in certainly denting our own title aspirations. in that you've done man u and pool a huge favour. but a side that bottles it after being 8 pts clear this time (even later) last year, doesn't have an iceberg's hope in hell, after all those embarassing, loose-change defeats this season. play your attractive football mates. at best its good on the eye, but forget about silverware.
johnny come lately
Er jonny it,s still November, technically.
Armory
ha ha niko. i don't blame you. given the severe lack of heroics this season, that 'rewind' button is your only source of entertainment.
johnny come lately
Whats to recognise? you talk and act like one so it's a perfect handle!
nikolaijns
armory.. that's another techincality mate. in some parts of the world it's already december :)
johnny come lately
you bear me out so perfectly niko! so that matter stays closed *G*
johnny come lately
Laughter sounds kinda hollow there, 10/10 for putting on the brave face though, I went to vital chelsea and Merlin and many others were very magnanimous and gracious - obviously you get the odd tosser though eh Johnny?
nikolaijns
niko... foot in the mouth, as always. by your definition... a cupboard size club is still seven points ahead of you. and probably will be 17 before the season ends. why do you keep pouring scorn on yourself *smiles like the cheshire cat*
johnny come lately
jcl = arse
Adibodycanscore
JCL, much like every other Chelsea fan, didn't actually go to the game today
TPowell
niko, you not only read between the lines, you don't even read the lines!!! during your visit to VC you obviously did not read what i had to say about arsenal. it's the club i like best after chelsea. so much then for jumping to conclusions. and on that note, have a nice (delusion) day. it was delightful banter. you are so easy to wind up. enjoy the win mate. we deserved to lose, but can't say you deserved to win. for me (and for reasons spelt above), losing to arsenal isn't half as depressing as losing to manure or pool. so chill junior, and thanks for the entertaining banter :))
johnny come lately
ha ha adibodycan'tscore... arse is right there stuck in your club's name. no wishing it away mate.
johnny come lately
Not really you're a small club with a small fanbase Johnny, despite Kenyons deperate trawling to increase your yucky blood money drenched brand worldwide the world generally is intelligent enough to recognise a small classless little club in Fulham, almost a BILLION spent all in and still beaten by a bunch of kids. Carefreeeeeeee
nikolaijns
tpowell much like every other arse fan, still in eternal denial. :))
johnny come lately
niko, your delusions grow by the minute. sadly though, i've run out of time on this space. enjoy the rewinds like i said. not much else to savour this season eh mate. am off to my 'cupboard sized, blood monied whatever else and blah blah' club. too bad you can't enjoy that privilege. looking over your shoulder at arsenal, hull et all, must be having that kind of effect on your mind. be well mate... until your next round-the-corner loss, cherish the moment :)
johnny come lately
I guess LD was right, RVP is crap! lol hes your best player when fit, hes got possibly the best technique of striking/whipping a football ive ever seen. congrats you deserved your win
HuddersfieldYiddo
Course he was Frosty, yoohooo LD your latest stalker has arrived.
nikolaijns
How is saying you weren't at the game today being 'in denial?' Do you not know what 'in' or 'denial' means. Let me know and I'll help you out.
TPowell
So Frosty was there, LD was there, I'm guessing LondonGooner was there as well. I'm willing to bet there were more members of VA there tonight then there were members of VC.
TPowell
So pleased with the win. I hope we played well, judging by the comments here I guess we did, unfortunately I missed the game. Glad Van Persie scored too, admittedly he's been terrible so far this season but thoughts of selling him are ridiculous, we need players like him here, even just as back up for when Eduardo is finally fit again. Anyway hopefully he can kick on from his brace today and his poor start to the season will be forgotten. Also how did Fabregas play today? Did he look his old self agian?
Kutch
Fab didn't make any mistakes as I can remember. Also took the free kick that led to the second goal. Also made a great tackle on Anelka in the box in the first half.
TPowell
Dear old JCL doesnt realise Arsenal are still in more competitions than Ikea FC and are actually through to the next round of the champions league before them. No wins away in europe for 13 months is it? cant beat the top 4 on your once mighty plastic ground? Malouda? Come back Avram all is forgiven!
iceman10
Erm OQ LD is probably still sinking a few bevvies on the kings road! Lay off the bollox boys and read what LD actually says about RVP in match reports from the entire season.
iceman10
I'm only guessing here, but i would say LD's silence is due to him coming home from the Bridge?
Kutch
That's a bit harsh Orange Quadrant LD is entitled to his opinion and there could be many reasons for him not being on the forum right now.
Armory
is it true that chavski has lowered its champions league ticket price to 25......well i cant believe it but if that is true then that is a sign of a small club who cant sell all their tickets
fran merida
Eat humble pie? Am i missing something? Was Van persie not *****e so far this season?
Kutch
Just shows you, a couple more signings and this team is up there with the best of them!
Dorset Red
Kutch are you LD?..you really should not log on with multiple usernames or if you do, remember to switch....very sad...very sad..get a life young man!
Dorset Red
I can assure you now i'm Not LD, you sure you're not Orange Quadrant? You need to chillax, or take your personal vendetta's for other users on this site somewhere else. In the light of an excellent win you seem more concerend with bashing fellow arsenal fans.
Kutch
In fairness guys (frosty, orange and dorset) all 3 of you are here with the same beef against the same guy on the same day at the same time, seems kinda fitting you should know about multiple logins dorset. If there is a cancer at our club it's crap like this. I read plenty of things by gooners I don't agree with, would never dream of starting some kind of lame vendetta though. Obviously I'm naive cos I expect to see some form of unity between gooners in less smoother times. If your opinions differ then write some articles putting your points across, it'll be far more productive than simply slating those who take the time and effort to do so, cheers!
nikolaijns
Wow, Lennon had to shift a lot of units before Mark Chapman darkened his door, and I get three in one day! Match report in a moment, but yes, van Persie was excellent today and not just because of the goals. I'm happy he was because he gave me a lot of happiness this afternoon! Anyone else notice that these dudes have turned up the instant Bergkamp Was A Myth was banned? Just a thought.
Little Dutch

nikolaijns
Whartshould a football fan look like then aye Dorset Red? Cropped head? Lots of tattoos? No shirt in January? I'm sure LD's put more money into this club then most users here, and you say he's whats wrong with this club. You sir are a waste.
Kutch
Well, let's hope they watch CSI. lol. For LD's sake anyway.
k_chelski
Strange you should mention aisa frosty cos Bergkamp was a myth who is temporarily dorset red mentioned an aisa member in a recent post, if you aren't the same person then you know each other, either way it's not unreasonable to link you. What d'ya reckon about dorsets behaviour here frosty? pretty sad innit?
nikolaijns

nikolaijns
Maybe it's all a conspiracy?
Kutch
Hmm..And LD stole Perret's lunch?lol
k_chelski

Kutch
What's the point of these personal attacks? If you haven't got anything worthwhile to say don't bother posting.
Amos.
Why is frosty acting so cold?
k_chelski
Do you think you're showing aisa in a good light here frosty? do you think they'd be proud or ashamed of your comments on here?. Do you think kevin is a less embarrassing first name than Timothy? All these questions need an answer, you can send them on a postcard to someone that gives a *uck.
nikolaijns
I'm already a member Frosty, Paul Matz is a good guy.
Little Dutch
Ok, I missed most of the personal attacks and the general point of the last 50% of that thread. One thing is for sure, a personal attack is the sign of someone not clever enough to come up with a coherent answer or argument and shows them to be nothing more than a childish idiot with nothing worthwhile to contribute towards positive discussion and as such should take a long walk off a short pier and do us all favour! On a different note, a great day out yesterday and a great result. Thoroughly deserved!
