I'm guessing this will be the least read article in Vital Arsenal history.

You might be right, Rocky :). Stats don't tell the full tale, as always, but in this game, they're spot on. Half the shots on goal and target for Arsenal, compared to Olympiakos. The margin could have been worse if their finishing was better.

Said at the start of the game how sweet it was not to have a game to get stressed over to just kick back & relax whatever happened. Not sure how I made the transition to a madman spraying the C word about like an AK47 with Tourettes? defensive anarchy, comedic keeping, attacking profligacy, injury to the only fit player we have in his position, more comedic keeping, against an average Greek team so fricking pedestrian they could have had a zebra crossing leading up from the tunnel. Not one of our 1st team would have lost any sleep last night. (Santos a possible exception)

Niko Really? I was just ROFLing at the second goal. I stuck by my word that whatever happened I would just enjoy this game.

I just think that that was the worst Olympiakos team in some years and a semi well drilled remotely professional performance from eager hungry players wasn't beyond the realms of reasonable expectancy. I mean if we were gonna phuck about to that extent at least stick Arshavin in goal and give us all a proper chuckle y'know?
